Full Service Design
Timeframe: 8 months - 2 years
We begin with an in depth exploration of your aesthetic, helping us understand both your story and the needs of your family. Utilizing this information, we create a first round of drawings, design boards, and renderings showcasing the hard finish selections, which we finalize after addressing any feedback and requested revisions. We repeat this process for the soft finishes and furniture, and once the full plan is approved, implementation commences. During the project management phase, we purchase and track your items while remaining in communication with your construction team. The final stage is installation and styling, ensuring each detail comes together harmoniously.
Virtual Design
Timeframe: 4 - 6 Weeks
This package brings the HLC Studio experience to clients who need a simple room refresh, rather than a full remodel. After a design consultation, you will be presented with an initial design board to review. You may request one round of revisions before being presented with the final design, which includes an easy-to-follow floor plan and purchasing spreadsheet.
