SUMMER RECAP:
September - a kiss goodbye to summer and an embrace of the upcoming season. As much as I've enjoyed a lot of time spent on the lake and in the Northwest, I'm ready for the cooler weather and autumn scents.
PROJECT UPDATES:
Our Riverbend Estate project is moving right along and the exterior is wrapping up first! Here is a sneak peak at what's in store. Moody black siding with stone accents - we can't wait to see it come to life.
The Gibson House is our most asked about - with good reason! We are wrapping up phase one (living, dining, entry, and exterior). We went with a Roman Clay finish on the walls/ceiling that evokes the historical charm. You'll be seeing our first install next month!
CURRENTLY LOVING:
Summer to Autumn wardrobe - lots of summer dresses/tops paired with cardigans and blazers. It's perfect for the between seasons weather.
Glassware - You'll be seeing alot of glass lined shelves in our upcoming installs. It's my favorite way to style a shelf or hutch to give an elevated, non cluttered, and lived-in feel. Heading into the holidays, I'm always looking for vintage and new pieces to use for holiday tablescape as well.
CURRENTLY CONSUMING:
READING:
"The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield. Can't recommend it enough, especially if your in a creative role.
LISTENING:
September is usually when the nostalgia kicks in and I'm rewatching all of my 90's favorites. So naturally, I'm listening to the same vibe. This playlist, Breakfast in a Nancy's Meyers Kitchen, has been on repeat the last couple weeks.
