It's officially fall (even though we're still in California summer weather), and we're loving all the dark moody colors.
Greens and browns are on repeat, and you'll be seeing them in a lot of upcoming designs!
There are a few new projects you'll be seeing soon that we are SO excited about and some that we're dying for construction to start on!
Our Old Town Gem is one you'll be seeing a lot of! Phase one of the project is remodeling the guest house, so the clients can live in it while we complete the remodel on the main house. It's been moving along quickly and we'll be doing the install on the guest house after Thanksgiving. We are also diving into the design on the main house and just received the exterior rendering from the architect! Lots of scallop shingles, sage green, black windows, and a lot of other details that will flow into the interior.
We also wrapped up our Broadbent Project and love how this powder room turned out! The sage green, brass, and marble are a favorite combo.
