Every project is unique, but one thing we always look at is how to incorporate charm and character. This is even more challenging when working with a builder tract home. The first thing we did was incorporate new built in's, lots of paneling, and add new lighting. Our clients are readers that had a impressive book collection. Instead of doing all décor, we incorporated a lot of those books into the living room - mixed with décor, sentimental photos, and earthy tones.
It truly was such a fun, rewarding project.
